1. Refunds at the request of the client: The service level agreement (SLA) is the first agreement between the client and the independent professional. All further procedures and work will be based on this agreement. Once the SLA is signed, no changes can be made to the services. If there is a mistake in the SLA, it is a matter between the professional and the client. No refunds shall be executed in such cases. Before placing an order, you must know all applicable fees and requirements. You must also provide all necessary documents to the professional within 14 working days, or we will deem the order complete and charge you the total amount. If you do not respond to the professional's calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages for seven straight working days, your order will be canceled automatically, and you will not receive a refund. Services are provided under the country's laws specified in the agreement. If you require UK-based services, we assign a UK-registered professional lawyer CA consultant to deal with the matter. No changes shall be made to the jurisdiction after the assignment is completed, and hence, no refund shall be executed in such cases either.

2. Refunds without any reason: Refund shall only be executed if in case the client is responding for less than 7 working days. Orders that have already been assigned to a professional cannot berefunded in any case whatsoever. The Adviso is not responsible for disputes between clients and consultants. All clients must agree to the terms of service, government fees, and required documents before purchasing services. Additional requirements may apply. Provide required documents and information to assigned professionals. We do not refund due to legal changes or your inability to meet regulations. If you provide everything and our professionals cannot assist, we may reassign your case. Services are completed, and the total amount is due if you cannot provide the necessary information for over seven days. Professional services are time-consuming and costly. The Adviso and their professionals are separate entities, unaffiliated with government authorities. Thus, government delays in documentation do not count as professional delays, and no refunds will be issued. Government rejection of applications also does not warrant a refund, as The is not involved. For reapplications, clients pay 70% of the original fee. The Adviso is a platform where professionals provide services to clients directly. You must be a client to purchase services. If we discover you are an agent or middleman, we will cancel your order without a refund.

3. Refunds when Our Professionals Can't Deliver: We won't refund you due to legal changes and your inability to meet new government requirements. Each user is legally mandated to share all relevant information and compliance documents to assist our professionals in delivering the services. Any unwanted delay or hindrance caused by such disclosures at the part of clients will result in the execution of zero refund in such cases. If you've provided all required documents and facilities, but our network professionals can't assist, we may reassign your case to another professional for timely assistance. If no professional can deliver services within an agreed period (Except for regulatory delays), you can quickly request a refund at help@theadviso.com. Reapply with 75% professional fees, 100% government fees, and any travel/miscellaneous fees. You bear government penalties and fees. The Adviso is a platform for individuals and businesses seeking legal services, not intermediaries or unregistered professionals—no refunds for orders with documents shared via email or WhatsApp. Placing orders outside The Adviso violates our principles and results in canceled orders.

4. Method of Refund Payment Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only and will be processed within a minimum of 7 days of professional network approval.

5. Escalation Levels Escalation Level 1: Email the designed professionals, and keep cc'd in the email communication to help@theadviso.com. The final decision over your complaint may only be published within the next week on our official website. Escalation Level 2 – If you are unhappy or satisfied with Escalation Level 1, you may appeal to our nodal officer at info@theadviso.com – This may take up to 5 working days for the nodal officer to render a final and binding decision, which both parties must comply with. Please track your complaint ID.

6. Additional terms To request our services, get a highly qualified professional assigned within the next 2 hours at theAdviso.com. Pay online only after confirming your understanding of the terms and conditions related to the service agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution: Parties resolve disputes exclusively in the Banglore, Karnataka court. The Adviso can modify website information without notice, so check periodically.
